1/2 tsp jalapeno powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/3 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl mix together oil, vinegar, peppers, jalapeno powder, onion powder, garlic, pepper and let sit in refrigerator along with marinating cod overnight.
Bake 20 minutes, let cool and dice.
Stick pieces into a bowl along with diced egg whites, and softened sweet potato pieces, pour vinaigrette over and chill 20 minutes
Guava Sauce
Great on meats. Makes approx. 2-3 cups
